These terms apply to Drovyu Preview, the dvyu CLI, and related domains. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Drovyu Preview creates, updates, and delivers temporary encrypted preview URLs from static HTML builds. Features, supported environments, and usage limits are described in the documentation. It is not intended as production hosting, backup, or storage requiring strict access controls or regulated retention guarantees.

The following are prohibited:

• Uploading or sharing content that violates applicable law
• Distributing malware or other harmful programs
• Phishing, impersonation, or attempts to steal credentials
• Infringing copyrights, privacy, or other rights of another person
• Attacking, disrupting, or placing excessive load on the service
• Circumventing usage limits or access controls
• Other conduct reasonably determined to be harmful to operation of the service

You must hold the rights or permissions required for uploaded content and remain responsible for it. You grant Drovyu the limited permission necessary to store, copy, deliver, and delete encrypted data in order to provide the service.

Drovyu ordinarily cannot inspect stored encrypted data without the decryption key. If we receive a report of illegality or infringement, we may suspend or delete a preview without being able to inspect its contents.

The complete preview URL, including its decryption key, is a secret that grants access to the content. Share it only with trusted recipients, and delete or recreate the preview if the URL is exposed.

Previews may execute JavaScript and load external resources. They are not a complete security sandbox, and the Viewer JavaScript and delivery infrastructure are part of the trust boundary.

Contributions through Ko-fi are subject to Ko-fi's terms. As a thank-you, Drovyu generally provides supporter benefits for 30 days. Benefits do not create a service-level or continued-availability guarantee. Refunds and payment matters are governed by Ko-fi's terms and applicable law. We will provide advance notice of material benefit changes where reasonably possible.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee continued operation, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, complete rendering fidelity, data retention, or recovery. You must retain originals and backups of important data. Drovyu's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Previews expire under the retention periods documented for the service, and storage, count, and service-wide capacity limits apply. We may restrict use or suspend or delete previews and related data without prior notice in response to a terms violation, abuse, exceeded limits, security risk, legal requirement, valid rights-holder request, or operational necessity.

We may change the service, usage limits, or these terms, or discontinue the service. Material changes will be announced on this site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The CLI source is publicly available for audit, but it is not offered as open source. Use, copying, modification, and redistribution are governed by the repository's LICENSE.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the service will be resolved by a court in Japan having jurisdiction under applicable law.
